You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on 188bets. Providing false or incorrect details may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed. The mobile number you register with must be active and belong to you.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount and for claiming promotional offers. This requires submitting a photo of your national ID or passport along with a selfie.

Odds & Markets

All odds on 188bets are displayed in decimal format and may change in real time. Whatever odds are shown at the moment you place a bet will be the odds your bet settles at — even if the odds drop after confirmation, your bet will not be affected.

If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the full stake will be refunded
• Bets voided and stakes refunded if a cricket match ends before 5 overs or a football match ends before 45 minutes
• If a match ends after the defined threshold, settlement will be based on the result at that point
• In accumulator bets, odds for any cancelled event are set to 1.00 and the remaining selections are settled as normal
• 188bets' decision is final in the case of disputed outcomes

Understanding Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first place bets totaling a specified multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

• Bets placed below the specified minimum odds may not count toward wagering requirements
